Project title: reclaimer bogie alignment
Scope Summary: The scope of work is to align the Bogies for the Reclaimer before the equipment is brought back to service. The following approach will be followed.
- Running a piano wire from the front wheel to the back wheel and measure the gap(s) or float that normally ranges between 1-2mm depending on client specifications
- Checking the rail gauges against the technical specifications
- Jacking up the bogies that require adjustments accordingly
- Aligning the rails accordingly
